I will help create a workout plan that challenges and pushes you, while at the same time makes you feel empowered and confident. Together we will work on improving your fitness, health, and everyday wellness. I’ll hold you accountable, be your biggest cheerleader, and celebrate every fitness and wellness milestone you achieve!

Small Group & Tandem Training

Training can be more fun when you do it with someone else! I offer both tandem training (2 people) and small group training (4–5 people). Whether it’s your best friend, partner, parent, cousin, or neighbor — let them hold you accountable! Many people find they work out harder and more consistently when they book their workouts with others. We laugh, cry, sweat, celebrate, and get stronger together! Each workout is tailored for all, with modifications available for all ages and fitness levels.

Pricing

  • Tandem (2 people): $80 total / 1 hour ($40 each)
  • Trio (3 people): $90 total ($30 each)
  • Small Group (4–5 people): $25 each

Young Athletes Training

Specialized training for athletes aged 13–18. These small group sessions are for teens with some training experience who want to improve their game, build strength and endurance, increase speed, enhance mobility, and prevent injury.

Group Size & Pricing

  • Group Size: 3–6 athletes
  • Cost: $15 per person
